Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC sessions, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

The Client acknowledges that Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted electronically.

 

Confidentiality of Payment Information

 

Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC agrees to handle all payment information provided by the Client with strict confidentiality.

 

The Client acknowledges that Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted electronically during the payment process.

 

Confidentiality Agreement

 

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish guidelines and expectations regarding the confidentiality of all information disclosed during Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC sessions and any other sensitive or private information.

 

Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and will not disclose any confidential Information shared by the Client, except in the following circumstances:

 

a. As required by law or requested by a court of law.

b. If coaches from Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC seek supervision or consultation for professional development purposes, with the assurance of confidentiality.

c. Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC will exercise reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the Client's information.

 

Client's Responsibilities

 

a. The Client acknowledges that Whole Person Clinical Coaching and Consultation, LLC cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of information transmitted electronically, such as via email, videoconferencing, or other digital platforms.

 

b. The Client agrees to take precautions and use discretion when sharing sensitive or confidential information during electronic communications.

 

Dispute Resolution 

 

Any disputes arising from the breach or interpretation of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, by legal means in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction.
