Why Clinical Leadership
Coaching?
Importance of Continued Leadership Coaching
Whole Person Clinical Leadership Coaching and Consultation, LLC, was founded in response to a significant need I encountered as a Professional Counselor upon assuming leadership and management roles. In these positions, I found myself without a network of peers for consultation, idea exchange, or candid feedback.
Why Coaching Might Be Ideal for You
As emerging counselors, we all value a safe and secure environment for understanding as we face the complex challenges in our personal and professional lives, especially weekly clinical supervision with a trusted mentor.
What if you’re a recent PLPC or Associate Counselor without a clinical supervisor at your job and need to seek one out on your own?
or perhaps
You’re an experienced LPC, CAADC, Clinical Staff, or Director who has moved beyond clinical supervision and finds it difficult to have those vital growth discussions with your superior?
Whole Person Clinical Leadership Coaching and Consultation, LLC offers a supportive for both new and seasoned leaders and clinical professionals to receive coaching and consultation from someone who understands their journey, having experienced similar challenges while striving for personal and professional growth throughout their careers.
